Hands down the best hotel we have stayed in to date in the UK! Every single member of staff smiled and made us feel welcome, nothing was too much trouble. We were given a room with a breathtaking view of Tower Bridge and The Shard. The bed was super comfortable, the room clean with lots of amenities and little goodies. Breakfast was lovely with very attentive staff who, just after one day, remembered what we liked to drink and eat.
